Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with Fullscreens, including the content you publish and the AI agents that reply for you.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you upload, generate, schedule, display or publish through Fullscreens, and to every comment reply and message sent through your connected accounts, including those sent automatically on your behalf.
01Content You Must Not Create or Publish
Unlawful and Harmful Content
You must not use Fullscreens to create, display, schedule or publish content that is illegal; sexually explicit, or that sexualises minors in any way; defamatory, harassing or threatening; or that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against any person or group.
Other People's Rights
You must not publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, including using another business's brand, logo or product images without permission, or content that breaches anyone's privacy or publicity rights.
Honest Marketing
You must not publish false or misleading claims about products or services, including fake reviews, invented testimonials or endorsements, or unsupported health, financial or performance claims. Advertising for products or services that are illegal, or restricted under applicable law or the rules of the platform or screen network you publish to, is not allowed unless you hold the required permissions.
AI-Generated Content
Content made with AI Studio, Concepts, Storyboards, AutoPilot or Social Intelligence is your content once you publish it. You must not use it to mislead people about whether it is AI-generated where the law or a platform requires that to be disclosed, and you must label it where those rules require.
02Real People and Likeness
No Impersonation
You must not use Fullscreens to create content that depicts, imitates or impersonates a real person, including their face, body, voice or name, without that person's consent. This applies to public figures and celebrities as well as private individuals.
People in Your Uploads
If you upload images, video or audio of a real person, such as a model, a member of your staff or a customer, you must have their consent, and any release required, for it to be used and published the way you intend.
03Social Intelligence, Comments and Messages
Only People Who Contacted You
Reply, DM and Inbox Intelligence, and the Comments and Messages inbox, may only be used to respond to people who commented on your own posts or messaged your account first. You must not use Fullscreens to send unsolicited, bulk or promotional messages, or to contact people who have not contacted you.
Platform Messaging Rules
You must follow the rules of each platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's messaging policies: replies only within the permitted messaging window, at most one private reply per comment, and no misuse of message tags. Fullscreens enforces these limits, and you must not try to work around them.
Respect Requests to Stop
If a person asks you to stop contacting them, or asks to speak to a person, you must honour that promptly. Agents are designed to step back in these cases; you remain responsible for following up yourself.
What You Give an Agent
The notes and documents you give an agent must be accurate and yours to use. They must not contain other people's personal data, passwords, payment details or anything you are not entitled to share. You must not set up an agent to harass, deceive, collect personal data from people, or pretend to be a specific real person.
04Automated Publishing and Agents
You Stay Responsible
AutoPilot campaigns and Social Intelligence agents act on your behalf, at the times and on the posts and accounts you choose. This policy applies to everything they publish or send, and you remain responsible for it.
Use the Controls
Set the limits that fit your business (replies per thread, end dates, the posts each agent looks after), review your published channels and agent activity regularly, and pause any campaign or agent that is not behaving as you intend. You can switch any agent off, or disconnect an account, at any time.
05Data From Connected Platforms
Use It Only to Serve Your Customers
Data you can see through a connected account, such as comments, messages, usernames and insights, may only be used to manage your own account and respond to your own customers. You must not scrape, export in bulk, sell, or share it, use it to build profiles of individuals, use it for surveillance, or use it to train AI models.
06Using the Platform Itself
Security and Fair Use
You must not try to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access; probe, scan, overload or disrupt Fullscreens; or bypass usage limits, credit controls or security measures.
No Scraping, Reverse Engineering or Resale
You must not scrape Fullscreens or access it by automated means other than the interfaces we provide, reverse engineer it, use it or its outputs to build or train a competing product or model, or resell, sublicense or white-label it without our written agreement.
Account Credentials
Keep your sign-in details within your own business and do not share them with anyone outside it.
07Screens and DOOH
Content on Screens
Content shown on screens managed through Fullscreens, including the DOOH network, must follow this policy, the screen owner's rules, and the advertising laws of the place where it is displayed.
08If This Policy Is Breached
What We May Do
We may remove or disable content, pause automated publishing or agents, restrict features, or suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to immediate suspension, and we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities or platforms.
09Reporting a Problem
How to Report
If you believe content created, published or sent through Fullscreens is unlawful, infringes your rights, uses your likeness without consent, or breaches this policy, email grievance@fullscreens.in with a link to or copy of the content and a short explanation. We will review it and respond.
