These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital signage platform, DOOH network services, AI studio, and all related products, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fullscreens.
01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fullscreens' services, including our digital signage platform, DOOH network, AI studio, and related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
02Description of Services
Platform Services
Fullscreens provides a comprehensive ecosystem for digital signage management, including content management systems, screen scheduling, multi-zone display capabilities, motion graphic templates, analytics, and inventory management.
DOOH Network
Our Digital Out-of-Home network services enable screen owners to monetize their displays through advertising inventory management, dynamic pricing systems, and revenue optimization tools.
AI Studio
Our AI-powered creative studio provides automated content generation, brand DNA analysis, image transformation, and intelligent ad creation capabilities.
03User Accounts
Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
04Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services; (d) use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
Content Standards
All content uploaded to our platform must comply with applicable laws and must not contain: illegal material, adult content, hate speech, violent content, malware, or any content that violates third-party rights.
05Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Fullscreens and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our express written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services may be used by us without any obligation to you. You assign to us all rights in such feedback.
06Payment Terms
Fees and Billing
Certain features of our services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Subscription Services
If you subscribe to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. For subscription services, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice of the change.
07DOOH Advertising Terms
Screen Owner Obligations
If you participate in our DOOH network as a screen owner, you agree to maintain your screens in good working condition, ensure accurate reporting of screen availability, and comply with all applicable advertising regulations.
Advertiser Obligations
If you use our platform to display advertisements, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the advertising content and that such content complies with all applicable laws and our content policies.
Revenue Sharing
Revenue sharing terms for DOOH network participants are specified in your separate DOOH participation agreement. All revenue calculations are based on verified impressions and playback data from our analytics systems.
08Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullscreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
09Indemnification
Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fullscreens and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitration shall take place in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Jurisdiction
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
